It is studied yersiniosis infection and aspects of treatment and prophylaxis measures in yersiniosis of pigs. The purpose of researches was to study the role of bacteria of Yersinia enterocolitica in gastro-enteric and respiratory pathology of pigs, to develop the effective charts of treatment and prophylaxis of pigs yersiniosis. Distribution of yersiniosis infection is first certain among pigs in the economies of the Lugansk and Donetsk areas. It is set that serum diagnostics at a yersiniosis infection is specific enough and effective. Developed and inculcated complex chart of treatment and prophylaxis of yersiniosis infection of pigs taking into account to antibiotic stability of the selected exciters, with the use of zeolites and probiotics. On the basis of the got results of research "Methodical recommendations are developed to on laboratory diagnostics of yersiniosis infection of pigs" and "Methodical recommendations on treatment and prophylaxis of yersiniosis infection of pigs".
