Object of research - patients with different clinic-immunological variants of current of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease І - ІІ stages. The purpose of research - to verify the basic clinic-immunological variants of current of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease І - ІІ stages and on their basis on dynamics of clinical semiology and parameters of immune system to define efficiency of individualized complexes of therapy, taking into account presence of an accompanying cardiovascular pathology. Scientific novelty - for the first time on a basis cluster analysis have been determined clinic-immunological variants of current of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease І - ІІ stages and the differentiated circuits of optimization of basic treatment of these patients are developed. Results: high efficiency of the developed differentiated circuits of optimization of basic treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease І - ІІ stages is proved.
