Melnik L. Design of technology produce of knit elastic garments weft interloping

The goal of dissertation is the design of structure of double weft elastic fabric, the creation of its knitting technology and the determination of mathematical dependence for the planning of the main parameters of loops structure of elastic knitting. The mathematical dependences for the production conditions of such fabric and for the design of structure parameters have been established. It has been established that during knit the elastic threads in loops according to repeat with separate feeding of elastic and unelastic threads the renewal of elastic thread to weft size and its supplementary fixing in fabric structure take place. The mathematical dependences of elastic fabrics parameters structure and of them physical-mechanic properties on basic parameters of knitting process have been established. The computing program has been created that make possible to determine the meaning quality indexes of knitting fabric in automatic condition.
