Essay

The work is about the study of features of morphological changes of rat?s bones under physical loads of different character in conditions of ionizing radiation, of heavy metals and searches of ways of its correction Structurally metabolic characteristic of bones was studied using osteometry, light microscopy with methods of morhometry, spectrophotometry and statical methods. It was established that intensive static and dynamic loads in combination with influence of exogenic factors of the invironment lead to structural changes in long bones of the skeleton. It was established that average physical loads partyally decrease harmful influence of ecological factors.
