Godun N. Functioning of organs of political censorship in cultural-educational establishments in USSR from 1928 to 1938 years

The object of study – party leadership organs of censorship as a making part of the soviet political system, its influence on cultural-educational development of a society. The purpose of study is to reproduce a history of formation of political censorship in USSR, to show its functional and destructive influence on cultural-educational processes in the ukrainian society, to reveal it institutional level of development. The methods: dynamic, classification, typological; genetic, chronological, comparative. The practical value of the work: received in dissertation work results and the ideas can be used at creation of generalizing scientific researches on a history of the ukrainian culture, by development of the educational programs for average and higher school, lecture courses and special courses on a history of Ukraine, editions of help character etc. The dissertation work is devoted to studying of history of becoming and functioning of the soviet system of political censorship in the USSR in 1928-1938, to finding out of its general and different attributes in the country and Russia, to research of features of activity of party leadership organs of censorship in cultural and educational establishments. The periodic press dependents on censorship, organizational forms of the political supervision on public activity and release of art and scientific literature. Has been shown there has been revealed political and ideological motivation, methods, forms and mechanism of exception of books from libraries and educational establishments, has been described science organizational and functional specific activity of organs of political censorship in broadcast establishments, has been selected and analyzed the specific of ideological censorship in industry of theatre and film art.
