Management of bankruptcy liquidation projects by means of using of project management methodology. The main task is the creation of bankruptcy liquidation projects management models and methods. It is for account receivable paying off. Research methods: the system analyzed method, the mathematics models, the project management methods, the Saaty method, the experts’ methods. Scientific results: the creation of the conception model of bankruptcy liquidation projects, the model of life circle of the projects of this kind, the optimisation model of financial flows during assets selling and account receivable paying off; the adoption of the Saaty method to appreciate the importance of the main components of financial flows in bankruptcy liquidation projects. Scientific novelty: results of investigation were inculcated in scientific researches “Innovation project of specialists training for market economy conditions and regional business development” (№ 0104U006178) “Management of enterprise strategy by means of using project” (0107U004043). The branch of use is management of bankruptcy liquidation projects of different Ukrainian branches.
