Shpitun I. Concept "chronopolitics": social-philosophical analysis

The object of research is the objective process of sociocultural transformation temporal peculiarities conceptualization. The purpose of research is social-philosophical comprehension of the concept "chronopolitics" essence as a form of sociocultural transformation temporal aspects reflection. Methods of research are the complex of philosophical and theoretical methods including dialectical, sociocultural, systematic, subject-subject approaches, analysis, synthesis, hermeneutical methods, deconstruction, logic of the concept coming-to-being. Theoretical results and novelty: its defined that metatheoretical concept "chronopolitics" expresses a measure of the social forms' socio-cultural unity, which facets are time, value and sociality modalities. A being sense of chronopolitics as a combination of value-rational types of activity, behavioral and communicative acts, aimed on socio-cultural unity various forms establishing and reestablishing, is clarified. Practical results and sphere of application: structural, processual and subject presentation of sociocultural transformation aspects can be used for the development of social development optimization determinants. Results of research can be applied to the practical problems, connected with development of the Ukrainian statehood solution, which need knowledge about the sociocultural processes directions and factors determining objectiveness of approaches to prognostics and social planning consideration.
