The work is inspecting the problem of forming of teenagers' interest to foreign literature while their leisure. The dissertation suggests the theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the issue researched. It gives principles of planning program. It determines ways to resolve this problem under teenagers' cultural and leisure activity. The dissertation defines pedagogical conditions, creates technology groundwork and introduces teaching program for forming of teenagers' interest to foreign literature while their leisure.The program of forming of teenagers' interest to foreign literature is developed, experimentally approved and introduced into practice of cultural and leisure establishments. Its effectiveness has been determined.Importance of data for further development of social and pedagogical science, theory and practice of cultural and leisure activity have been proved.
