Dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement of work of the passenger technical station on the basis of technology of the operative adjusting of passenger trains composition by its formalization in the environment of the Informational Control System. To that end, the Decision Support System of operative personnel due to the use of complex of models on the basis of fuzzy-neuro-genetic design is developed in work. Such approach allows to synchronize the process of forming of passenger trains on parameters and structure with the process of adjusting of passenger trains composition on the passenger technical stations.
