Object - medicinal preparation with Proteflazidum in form of vaginal suppositories, culture of blood cells ; aim - development of scientifically grounded composition, technology and methods of quality control of vaginal suppositories with Proteflazidum, investigation of possibility of usage the blood cells culture for research of immune activity of medicinal preparation; methods - qualitative chemical reactions, spectrophotometric method, microbiological, biological, immunological methods, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - optimum composition and rational technology of vaginal suppositories with Proteflazidum with antiviral action are grounded , the study of immunocorective properties of Proteflazidum is first offered on the culture of human cells with next phenotyping of the transformed cells by an immunofluorescent method (after blastic transformation); results - the project of AND for vaginal suppositories with Proteflazidum is developed. Technological instruction was developed andtechnology of suppositories was approved in the conditions of pharmacies. The model of research of immune activity for medicinal preparations is offered on the basis of reaction of blastic transformation of human leucocytes under influence of phytohemagglutinin; results of research are inculcated in the educational process of pharmacy department of the Ivano-Francovsk state medical university, department of drug technology of the Odesa state medical university and department of pharmaceutical technology and biopharmaceutics of Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University; area - phamacy.
