Morphological changes are studied in lungs in the conditions of sharp intestinal impassability by the complex of modern methods of morphological research. The morphometric features of b.d. of teethridges, stromas, damaged areas, intact areas of lungs and thickness of interalveolar membranes are set in the dynamics of development of high obturation sharp intestinal impassability, surgical treatment and in the conditions of intestine detoxication by Sillard P. Found out intercommunication between endogenous intoxication, by morphological changes in lungs, by superficial activity of surfactant of lungs.
