During research were described actuality of theme, degree of its scientific developed; are certain object, object, target and tasks, a theory and methodological base is indicated, a scientific novelty, theoretical and practical meaningfulness is grounded. Research of ontological and anthropological grounds of concept is conducted "Extreme". The decision of subject of extreme is offered and position that far not every individual is the subject of extreme. The types of extremality were offered: prosocial, asocial and antisocial, which take into account all essence descriptions and terms of relation of individual to the social environment.
