Poshekhonov A. Diagnostics, Treatment and Comprehensive Prophylactics of Complications of Children’s Respiratory Tracts, Caused by Foreign Bodies

Object – heterogeneous (foreign) bodies in the upper respiratory tract of children; aim – improvement of the diagnostics and results of the endoscopic therapy for children with the heterogeneous (foreign) bodies in the upper respiratory track aimed at decreasing of the quantity of the early and tardy aftereffects, methods – clinical, laboratory, cytological; survey radiography of the thorax organs; data of the visual evaluation; statistical; newelty – The most significant risk factors of the complications development for children with heterogeneous (foreign) bodies in the upper respiratory tract at the early and tardy terms of aspiration were emphasized. The method of the visual degree evaluation of the inflammatory changes in the upper respiratory track’ mucose membrane was developed and the comparison of the received data with the cytological analysis results was made. The methods of the bleeding (haemorrhage) stop during the upper bronchoscopy and medicine preparation for this manipulation were developed and implemented. The graphs of the control (medical) examination and clinic health observation principals were substantiated; results – Introduction of actions developed for this pathology allowed to reduce the number of patients, who suffer frequently and for a long time from inflammatory diseases of the bronchopulmonory system, from 17.93% to 9.68% as well as to reduce the share of patients in need of surgery because of chronic lung diseases from 3.77% to 0.81%.; it has been itroduced into medical practice and studying process; sphere – medicine.
