DNA polymorphism of clones of Riparia Gloiar de Monpellier, Riparia x Rupestris 101-14, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riеsling reinskiy varieties has been studied. Clones of Riparia x Rupestris 101-14, Riparia Gloiar de Monpellier, Cabernet Sauvignon varieties were presented by several groups. Polymorphisms of rDNA, ISSR and AP sequences was the base intravarietal DNA variability. It has been show that the arbitraryly and ISSR primers recommended for the detection of intravarietal variability must have of the information index higher than 55%. The information index is intervarietal DNA polymorphism level. Several probe/enzyme combination were obtained from "high-copy" DNA fraction and used for futher RFLP-analysis. Analysis of the of relation between polymorphic DNA loci and variability of phenotypic traits is a basis for the detection and selection of clones with definite morfology and better productivity. A group of clones of varieties Riparia x Rupestris 101-14, Cabernet Sauvignon were selected as a valuablematerial for further breeding.
