SHIMKUS T. Age features of structure of lungs under influence of gravitational overload and after application of various methods of its corrections

The experiment was provided on 180 white rats of Wistar line of three age groups. The organometry, hystomor-phometry, electronic microscopy, methods of variational statistics and the dispersive analysis have been used. Firstly in experiment was given the complex grading of morphological changes in the lungs of rats of different age groups after influense of gravitation overload and at application of different methods of its correction. Provided experiment allow to establish that gravitational overload led to significant changes in lungs of all experimental animals. The degree of the hystomorphometric changes depends of duration the gravitational overload influence and animals age. On a background of application of physical protection, pharmacological correction and a combination of the given methods in all age groups the expressed positive degree was observed.
