Thyroid hormonal status and metabolic processes of rats with hypothyroidism after the auto-, allo- and xenotransplantations of native fragments and combined organ cultures of thyroid gland with adrenal or pituitary tissues. The aim of investigation. The study of structure-functional parameters of combined organ cultures of thyroid, adrenal and pituitary tissues in vitro and in vivo - in transplantations by rats with postoperative hypothyroidism. The combined cultured of two types of endocrine tissues in the graft's processing was introduced in the general method of thyroid transplantation for improvement of morfofunctional parameters of thyroid grafts. For the first time the combined grafting of thyroid and adrenal tissues for the compensation of thyroid hormones deficit was made. The maximum effect of thyroid allografts of native fragments and combined xenografts of thyroid and adrenal glands on the experimental hypothyroidism and metabolic correction was noted. The data about positive impact of combined cultivation of thyroid, adrenal and pituitary tissues under combined transplantation on the morfofunctional characteristics of main graft and whole recipient's thyroid status were obtained. The positive results of the using of combined cultured of thyroid and adrenal glands confirm the possibility of the practical use given method in the step of graft's processing for optimization its qualitative parameters. It was possible the clinical using of the combined transplantation of thyroid and adrenal tissues for treatment of primary hypothyroidism, which bad compensated by synthetic hormones, at condition of the absence of autoimmunity component and for the treatment of primary hypothyroidism with accompanying insufficiency of adrenal gland, appeared on the background of glucocorticoid's therapy.
