The higher degree thesis is devoted to problem of creatin of polymutant lines, marked by highly viable in ordinarysoil crop alleles, wich are visually revealed on different stages of plants ontogenesis. There were created 20 new trimutant homozygous recessive Arabidopsis lines, marked by highly viable alleles.
