Barabash Y. The development of public health services infrastructure in Donbass in 1920th: historical aspect

The dissertation is devoted to a complex research of an infrastructure of public health services in Donbass in 1920th. In a research the features of development of public health services in region are reflected on the basis of the deep analysis of a wide range of sources. A complex of the questions connected with activity of the power concerning system of public health services in Donetsk region is investigated on the basis of the analysis and generalization of archival documents, statistical data. The positive and negative moments in the decision of tasks of distribution of a network of establishments of public health services, region maintenance with medical shots, struggle against epidemics and social diseases, the organization and activity of system of working medicine and participation of health care workers in preventive work are noted. The position of public health services in Donbass to 1920 year is reflected and the analysis of development of branch during the twenties is made. It is found outthe influence of historical, social and economic conditions on medical sphere. On the basis of the complex analysis it is made a conclusion concerning features of formation of medical institutions system of Donbass and strengthening of their role in public health services of the population of the region.
