Essay

Object of research: technological process of crankshaft neck discrete hardening. Purpose of research: improvement of crankshaft repair technology with application of discrete hardening for transport techniques resource increase. Method of research and equipment: scientific and experimental methods have been applied - the mathematical model, metallographic and x-ray spectrum analyses, the method of tribotechnical characteristic investigation have been developed. The theoretical and practical results: the positive impact of crankshaft neck discrete hardening technology on neck-friction bearing tribosystem working capacity has been determined, TU for crankshaft repairing has been introduced into production. Novelty: suitability for discrete hardening application at repairing (manufacturing) of crankshafts has been granddad, the discrete hardening method as been developed, interaction of part material happening mode of operation parameters (discreteness value ?, discharge current valid Ip, material and electrode thickness S) with wear resistance, wear capability and fraction coefficient has been grounded and experimentally proved. The extent of application: results of dissertation operation are used by SE "Malyshev Plant", National enterprise of Department of Defence of Ukraine the "Kharkov automobile repair factory - 110", UU "Dobropolskaya Trucking Company", Ukrainian Railroads. Field of usage: transport machine building.
