Khudolei O. Transformation in the field of national sight' protection business during Ukrainian independence (90-th of the XX - beginning of the XXI century)

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical changes which happened in the industry of protection, restoration, research and use of immobile sights of Ukraine after our country became independent. Being based on the historiographic achievements in this question and the scantily explored sources, which are thought accessible, and due to which we have a possibility to consider the posed problem. The author gives a wide description of the changes (transformation processes) which happened national sight' protection industry of Ukraine during the period of 1991-2007. On the basis of legislative base's analysis of immobile sights' protection, organs of national sight' protection business restructuring, modern government programs in the industry of cultural heritage protection and state providing the national sight' protection industry of Ukraine comparing with the world norms immobile sights protection the following conclusion is given - the changes in the official industry happened for the best.In the dissertation the positive role of theoretical, practical, organizational and published activity of scientific establishments and public organizations of Ukraine in the process of forming the national paradigm of immobile sights' protection is stressed.
