Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigate 126 lupus nephritis patients with different morphological classes. According to renal biopsy mesangial proliferative lupus nephritis (LN) (II class) in 13,5 % cases, focal proliferative (III class) - in 23,0 %; diffuse proliferative - in в 48,4 % (IV class) and membranous LN (V class) - іn в 14,9 % cases were established.High level of systemic lupus erythematosus persistent activity were established as criteria of unfavorable LN course.
