Essay

Clinical and laboratory parameters, morphological changes, disease course and outcome were studied in 91 patients with lupus nephritis during follow up study and retrospective analysis. Criteria of induction therapy positive results were primary levels activity indexes lupus nephritis more then 10 balls, chronicity indexes lupus nephritis less then 4 balls, glomerular filtration rate more then 60 ml/min, serum creatinine less then 0,21 mmol/l, arterial pressure less then 140/ 90 mm Hg, early (until 6 months from first lupus nephritis clinical features) start of induction therapy, use of cyclophosphamide as induction therapy.
