Ananyeva E. The freedom of conscience in the process of democratization of the Ukrainian society: socially-philosophical analysis.

The realization of principles of freedom of conscience as a constituent part of the right and freedom of all citizens in the process of creating of the democratic state based on low in Ukraine and formation of civil society is analyzed in this work. In social life the freedom of conscience is one of the fundamental human valuables; in the philosophical science it is an important legal and philosophical category. The notion of freedom of conscience is historically stipulated. The structure of freedom of conscience is being studied in the thesis. This structure includes religious pluralism; tolerance; freedom of faith; right and obligations of the subjects of the civil society in the field of religious realizations. In the modern Ukraine the development of scientific-methodological foundation of freedom of conscience and its wide practical realization contribute to the democratization of social life.
