In research in the dissertation the problem of a role of regulation itself in realization of functions of public prosecutors' mentality. Is established, that the choice of ways of regulation itself depends on individual - psychological features of the person of the public prosecutor. The choice of ways of regulation itself is influenced with a level of introvertation, psychological stability, qualities of temperament and specificity of professional activity.
