Personal-typological features of the attitude of internal affairs department staff to suicides are studied. The psychological content and psychological factors of a negative, neutral and contradictory attitude of internal affairs department staff to suicides are defined. It is pointed out that a negative attitude appears as an antisuicide factor and a contradictory one as a risk factor of a suicide behavior of internal affairs department staff.
