The psychological and juridical analysis of problem a guilt is lead to dissertations. The structure of comprehension a guilt is determined. Levels of comprehension a guilt are allocated by minor criminals: high, average, low. Psychological features of the person minor criminals which guilts influence a level comprehension by them are investigated and act as psychological factors of such comprehension. The basic directions of educational work in process resocialization minor criminals are allocated.
