Korniyenko V. historical-cultural heritage in a modern tourism of Ukraine (1991-2007).

The thesis deals with the investigation of the correlation between historical-cultural heritage and tourism. On the basis of the complex research of sources and literature, the results of expeditions, the practical and theoretical experience of cultural and historical monuments adaptation to tourist brunch was analyzed. The general factors, which influence on intensity of bringing monuments in excursion routes and depend of qualities of the monuments, were installed. These factors are: the high level of concentration of tourist objects, the ability of a monument to exert influence on a viewer, the presence of tourist infrastructure around the each excursion object. As the result of investigation, the list of historical and cultural monuments of national importance, which are tourist objects, was made. According to gathered facts, the conception of the most optimum transformation of historical-cultural heritage components into excursion objects was formed. The sense of this conception consists in makingon the base of the monuments the thematic-exposition museum complexes for forming the national system of tourist-excursion routes.
