Kozych I. The Formation of conflict competence of the social teacher in conditions of magistrat.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of the conflict competence of social teacher.The main approaches to the study of the problem were analyzed; the model of formation of conflict competence of the social teacher in conditions of magistrat was developed; the pedagogical conditions, criterions and levels of conflict competence formation of the social teacher were theoretically proved.The conflict competence is defined in research as one of compound necessary parts of professional competence, which provides art of individual work with the person, possession of various " keys" of the communications, special methods of organization of own mentality, means of decreaseof a level of an emotional pressure and uneasiness, level of development of awareness of the person about a range of probable strategy of the conflicting parties, skill to give the help in realization of constructive interaction in a concrete disputed situation. The course "The basis of the conflict competence" was developed. The effectiveness of the offered model of the formation of conflict competence of social teacher in conditions of magistrat was worked out, scientifically grounded and experimentally confirmed. The basic results of the research were put into practice un higher educational establishments.
