Vityutin E. Мethodological fundamentals for management of subject matter and purposes of restructuring projects (by the еxample of public heat power engineering)

Thesis is concentrated on development of methods and tools for evaluation of subject matter and successfulness of projects for heat engineering restructuring. It is shown that restructuring project is aimed at industry conversion to higher qualitative (efficient) status. Description of life cycle of restructuring project is offered. Development of tools and methods for evaluation of the project successfulness is treated as a part of life cycle, one of the stages to be included into project scope of works. Basic factors of successfulness from the viewpoint of concerned parties have been specified and indices referred to qualitative assessment of the above have been put forward. Software tool has been worked out for the purposes of analyses, accumulation of information and preparation of reports.
