The obect is the process of socio-economic development of South Ukraine in the second half of the XIXth - beginning of the XXth centuries. The purpose is the research of process of forming of large industrial bourgeoisie of the South of Ukraine, analysis of transformation of position of this layer in society and tracing of changes in the economic and social and political requirements of industrialists in the second half of the XIXth - beginning of the XXth centuries. The methods - historical-genetic, historic and comparing, historical-typological, problematic-chronologic, the method of periodisation. The sphere of the usege is regional researches and educational process. The changes in social and political position of industrialists of South Ukraine are shown. It is analyzed transformation of economic and social requirements of bourgeoisie of the South of Ukraine. It is created the social portrait of industrialist of South Ukraine of the second half of the ХІХth - beginning of the ХХ centuryis. It is made the table in which well-organized basic information is in relation to the figures of large industry of region.
