Petrenko O. The formation of integrated institute of public service in Ukraine

The object is social relations in the process of public power formation in Ukraine; the aim is development theoretic-methodological founding of the formation of the integrated institute of public service in Ukraine; the methods are system, structural -functional, synthesis; at first the term "integrated institute of public service" is defined; the subject activity of political opposition as the structural element of institute of public service is substantiated; the approaches to organizational-legal founding of the administrational interaction, the principles and classification of posts in the integrated institute of public service in Ukraine are improved; the stages of political opposition formation as the part of the integrated institute of public service, theoretic substantiation of the further development of improvement the normative-legal base of components of the integrated institute public service institute functioning are gained the further development; the results are introduced in the work ofthe office of the domestic policy in Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Berdiansk Regional State Administration in Zaporizhzhia Region, organs of local self-government in Dnipropetrovsk Region; the conception of formation of the in the integrated institute of public service in Ukraine is proposed.
