Research object - physiology-biochemical and immunological processes in the organism of healthy dogs and of tumorowner dogs suckling gland. Research purpose - to find out the features of immunophysiological status of organism of healthy dogs-donors of different age and also their analogues in the process of development and treatment of mastoncuss with application of methods of immunotherapy. Research methods and apparatus are clinical, immunological, physiology, morphological, mathematical. Theoretical and practical results, novelty - it is in first the time investigational immunophysiological status of organism of dogs of different age and their change at development and treatment of mastoncuss. The role of hummoral and cellular factors of immune defence and their connection is found out with the origin, development and treatment of mastoncuss. Influencing of the autovaccines made from homogeneous fabrics of sick dogs is first described, on the different links of immunophysiological status of organism in the process of leadthrough of afteroperational immunotherapy. It is rotined that antitumor and metastasis activity is based on induction of adaptive answer dogs and activating of immune defence. It is first developed and offered the new method of making of specific autovaccine on the basis of tissues components of mastoncuss dogs, which promotes protective potential of organism on the different stages of antitumor treatment. Object and degree of introduction are materials of dissertation work are used in the educational processes of departments of epizootology and surgery of the Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies named after S.Z.Gzhytskyj. The got results extend and deepen present information on participation of hummoral and cellular factors of immunity in the organism of healthy dogs of different age and their changes at appearance, development and treatment of mastoncuss. Findings can be used for the increase of antitumor defence and prophylaxis of palindromias on condition of timely total oncotomy suckling gland by a surgical method with next treatment by an autovaccine. The sphere (industry) of the use is therapy of shallow animals, veterinary medicine physiology of man and animals.
