Broshkov M. Morphological and functional changes within the cow ovary under conditions of the oestral cycle and its correction.

Object of research: reproduction state of cows in puerperium and in hormonal correction of oestrus cycle . Purpose of research: to establish the physiologic and biochemical background of ovarian disphunction spreading in properties and to work out effective schemes of cow oestral cycle hormonal correction. Methods of research: physiological, biochemical, obstetrical, endocrinological, morphometrical. Scientific novelty: the new data of peculiarities in ovarian disphunction spread in south Odesa region properties are obtained. The approaches to estral cyclicity correction are improved by application of «Folligon», «Gonadestrin». The high efficiency of «Fertagyl» gonadotropin-realeasing hormone organist is stated, and this preparation caused more active luteinization in comparison with «Surphagon». Subject and degree of providing: practical advice containing improved approaches to hormonal correction of oestral cycle in ovarian disphunction applying gonadotropins, estrogens, releasing – hormones and F2? prostaglandins is given (State committed of veterinary medicine protocol №1 issued 20.12.2007). Proposed: to conduct hormonal correction of oestrus cycle in cows with “Folligon”, “Gonadestrin”, “Fertagil” and “Surfagon” drugs according to functional state of the ovaries.
