Konshina G. Transformation of social memory in the informational society

The subject of inquiry is social memory as a socio-philosophical phenomenon. The aim is exposure of specificity of transformation of social memory in conditions of an information society. The methods are interdisciplinary scientific, system and sociological. The theoretical and practical results are results of research of social memory in a context of new realities of an information society will promote the further philosophical theoretical development of the put problem. Materials of dissertational research can be used for preparation of courses of philosophy, social philosophy, psychology, history, sociology. The new concept of social memory in information society is given. The results are applied in Psychological Consultation and Psychotherapy Department of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. The field of application is the social psychology and the social philosophy.
