Essay

Object of research is process of waterproof finishing. A research objective - reception of compositions on a basis emulsions water insoluble silicon organic preparations for giving the waterproof finishing of textile materials from cellulose fibres and their mixes with synthetic. Research methods are: IR-spectroscopy, a colloid chemical method of an estimation of efficiency of surface-active substances, an optical method of research of solutions emulsions polymers, analytical methods, a spectrophotometrical method, a method of mathematical planning. It is established, that the optimal emulsifier for receiving emulsion water insoluble polymethylhydrosiloxane liquid is surfactant Sintaf 7-12 which application provides the highest hydrophobic ability of emulsion 136-157М which is characterized by high index of aggregative stability during long term of keeping. It is experimentally proved, that application of composite structure on a basis polymethylhydrosiloxane emulsion and aminofunctional silicone for waterproof finishing mixed fabrics allows to increase the stability of water-repellent and waterproof properties of textile materials to action of wet processings in the environment of synthetic washing-up liquids. Introduction of worked out compositions is planned in the textile industry.
