Research object: Pathogenesis of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease (COPD), patients with COPD, which endured lung tuberculosis.Purpose: To estimate clinical efficiency of reproductive sphere hormones application for the correction of cytokinic homeostasis and immunity functional activity in complex treatment of COPD in persons which endured lung tuberculosis.Methods: Clinical methods of pulmonary patients examination, methods of vessels endothelium functional activity, cellular immunity, cytokinic homeostasis research, medicinal methods of treatment.Theoretical and practical results: Research results extended understanding of pathogenesis essence of COPD in patients which endured lung tuberculosis, due to decoding of men reproductive sphere state features, disbalance of cytokinik homeostasis, functional activity of mononuclear leucocytes and endothelium cells. A placenta hormone can be used as a modulator of cytokinic homeostasis, cellular immunity and vascular endothelium functional activity in complex therapy of COPD aggravation in men which endured lung tuberculosis.Novelty: For the first time it is set that the endured lung tuberculosis promotes the forming of unfavorable endogenous background of COPD flow due to formation of eugonadotropic hypogonadism, more deep immune and cytokinic disbalance, and due to disfunction of vascular endothelium.
