Levkivska N. Microflora of mammary gland secretion and immune responsiveness of organism of mastitis cows

The object of study – cows patients by subclinical mastitis, methods of diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of mastitises for cows. Methods of study– clinical, haematological, microbiological, epizootological, immunological, statistical. The science novelty – First 3% water emulsion of propolis is used for treatment of cows, suffered from mastitis. Information is got about operating of water emulsion of propolis on the organism of cows and his optimum doses are offered for treatment of cows, suffered from mastitis. Scientific information is complemented about a bacterial spectrum and biological properties of selected microorganisms which acts etiologic part in the origin of mastitises in cows. Immunological status of cows, suffered from mastitis is determined to and after application of water emulsion of propolis. A scientific novelty is confirmed by a patent on an useful model №25104 «Method of treatment of cows, suffered from mastitis and correction of immune status» at 25.07.2007 Proposed: method of treatment of cows, suffered from mastitis with using 3% water emulsion of propolis is elaborated.
