Goncharova О. Clinical and therapeutic aspects of anxious disorders of alcohol dependence

As the result of examining 132 men with syndrome of alcoholic dependence clinicalpsychopatologic phenomenon of anxious disorders (alcoholic anxious) has been thoroughly studied. The clinical-verbal structure and visual symptoms of anxious state, vegetative components of alcoholic anxious, anxious in different clinical situations of alcoholic dependence are described. Comorbidity of disturbing states with frustration of sleep, with depressive symptoms, with psychological phenomena "fault" is revealed. On the basis of multifactoral analysis clinical variants of anxious disorders of alcoholic genesis have been revealed: anxious-astenikal, anxious-depressive, anxious-phobiacal, anxious-hypochondriacal, anxious with suicidal tendencies, anxious-disphorical, latent anxious. Proposed method of treatment of alcoholic anxious with differentiated application of Carbamasepine and the treatment of bioadaptive regulation of systems. Proposed method statistically possesses the unaxions and stopping effect more reliable and standard pharmacotherapy in modern narcology.
