Shargorods'ka N. Spatial and temporal organization of activity of officials of local government.

The object of the investigation is the local government officials' activity in Ukraine. The goal of the investigation is to give scientific and theoretical grounds of optimal spatial-temporal organization of the local government officials taking into consideration their individual peculiarities. The methods of the investigation are the methods of systematic, structural and functional analysis, modeling, content analysis and the method of psychological diagnostic and experiment. Scientific novelty is that, for the first time, grounds of the conception of optimal spatial-temporal organization of the local government officials are given; the methodical and technological model of formation of optimal spatial-temporal organization of the local government officials taking into consideration their individual peculiarities is offered; the methodic of in-service training of the local government officials, application of the methods of psychological diagnostics in order to define individual peculiarities of theeffective optimal spatial-temporal organization of the local government officials are improved. Operationalisation of the notions "service activity", "professional activity", "and optimal spatial-temporal organization of activity", "personal time"; application of the methods of psychological correction under the optimization of the time management of the local government officials are given the future development. The number of training for the implementation in the system of in-service training is offered.
