Goncharenko O. Western Paradigm of Forming the Personality of Military Professional (Social and Philosophical Analysis).

The object of the research is the process of forming the personality of military professional. The purpose is to deter-mine the essence, maintenance and social mechanism of formation of the personality of military professional. The meth-ods of research combine the complex of philosophical, scientific and special methods, which provide the unity of social and philosophical, political, sociological and pedagogical analysis of forming the personality of military professional. The main results include: the essence and maintenance of the concept "military professional" were open; main tendencies peculiarities of formation of the personality of military professional; the essence and maintenance of the social mechanism of forming the military professional in western countries were open; the model of formation of the personality of Ukrainian Military Forces professional is proposed.
