Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to studying the peculiarities of angioarchitectonics and structural organization of adrenal glands parenchyma of white rat-males in normal state and special features of their morphofunctional differences at different stages after the impact of the general deep hypothermia. Successive stage changes in the structural components of the wall of various links of haemomicrocirculatory channel and parenchyma of the adrenal glands can be observed in the experimental rat-testing group; these changes at the level of hypothermia and on the 1st day of the posthypothermical period are characterized by reactive swelling effects in the cellular structures of the vessel wall and parenchyma of the glands; on the 3rd and 7th day destructive compensatory changes take place in the given structures; on the 14th -30th compensatory regenerative features, which are characterized by the activation of intracellular regenerative processes.
