Gryshylo A. Соckroach allergy at the patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis

Object of research - cоckroach allergy at the patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. The purpose - to increase of diagnostics and the effectiveness of treatment of соckroach allergy, the research of its prevalence in the patients with bronchial asthma or allergic rhinitis. Methods of research - clinical, physical, functional, prick-tests with different home-domestic allergens, in that count cockroach allergens, laboratory (the determination level general IgE), statistical. The results - for the first time in Ukraine is studied allergies to different type cockroach beside sick bronchial asthma and/or allergic rhinitis. Is studied skin prick-test is realized in clinical condition by means of original compact-lancet with allergens redhead german and black american and madagascarian cockroach. The revealled spectrum other home-domestic allergens beside persons with hypersensivity to cockroach allergens. Studied efficiency and safety classical method of the undertaking specific immunotherapycockroach allergens. Area of application - allergology.
