Levchenyuk E. Personality in the Conditions of the Global Conflicts.

The dissertation research is devoted to the social-philosophical analysis of the formation, realization and adaptation of the personality in the conditions of the global conflicts development. During the research work it was determined that the globalization creates new conditions for the formation and the realization of the personality. An the course of the globalization development it may grow both on the local and on the global levels and it demands from the personality a new global identity. Global identity formation provides the creation of a new social phenomenon "a world man" or a "global man" which is an independent subject of the globalization processes. Having got such features the personality can realize effectively its potentialities in the dynamic conditions of the world development which are dictated by the globalization. The dissertation determines the specificity of the Ukrainian society entering info the globalization processes and the formation of the personality in modern Ukraine. The possible ways of the Ukrainian society integration info the world community are also offered.
