The presence of Chlamydios is set in most districts of the Cherkasy area above all things among a cattle and pigs. Conformation of possibility of interspecific transmission of chlamydios, creation of him, natural hearths constancy of which is supported migratory birds. Especially by pigeons, and some types of wild animals (roe deer, wild wild boars). The ways of selection of chlamydia and factors of his transmission are certain. Kliniko-epizootological and pathoanatomical records is given at chlamydios independent diagnostic value does not have, but necessarily taken into account in the process of complex diagnostics with the leadthrough of laboratory researches.Critically evaluation diagnostic methods of light and luminescence microscopies, the certain are possible artefakty, on which it is needed to pay attention at direct research of preparations on chlamydios. Special diagnostic value here gets an immunofluorescence ( RIF) and polymeras-chain reaction.(PLR). The low sensitiveness of complement tying reaction is well-proven relatively (RZK) to serum diagnostics of chlamydios on a background the highly sensitive reactions of indirect hemagglutination (RIGA) and reaction of immunefermentative analysis (IFA). So, at research of a 4990 whey of cattl's blood 330 tests (7 %) appeared in RZK positive only, there are 67,3 % tests in IFA. Were maximum titles of antibodies in RZK 5-6 log2,в of IFA - to 8 log2, in RNGA - to 10 log2.
