Garkavenko T. Biological properties of agents, improvement of diagnostics and specific prevention of animals listeriosis

Dissertation is devoted the study of basic biological properties of agents of animals listeriosis in Ukraine, to the improvement of bacteriological methods of diagnostics and specific prophylaxis of this disease. Distribution of listeriosis is studied among animals in Ukraine. It is discovered that isolates listeria, that was pich from pathological material from sick animals and dead bodies, and also from food products and raw material of animal origin, were similar morphological, cultural properties, but differed after biochemical properties and virulence. As a result of the executed researches the methods of pathological material preparation of patmaterialu are offered for sowing, optimum mediums for cultivation of listeria and methods of identification of agents.Made and studied the experimental sample of vaccine concentrated inactivated against the animals listeriosis of "Listerisan", which creates sufficient protective defence and can be used in the system of measures of prophylaxis of this disease.
