Ratushnyak O. Innovation project management of thermomodernization buildings

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of scientific task of creation of models and methods of efficiency increase of intellectual support of acceptance of administrative decision in the realization process of innovative projects of buildings thermomodernization. Scientific novelty: it is first found out the leading factors of dynamic surroundings of projects of buildings thermomodernization and their classification are made that allows to set conformities to the law of the use of theory-methodological instruments of projects management in the process of acceptance of administrative decisions in relation to their realization; the mathematical model of support of acceptance of administrative decision is first developed in the projects of thermomodernization in relation to the choice of heat-insulation material taking into account the plural of factors of project external surroundings, that will allow to reduce the level of vagueness at the choice of alternatives in relation to measures on his realization; first offered structural case and management by rationalization of charges frame by a cost at choice project of thermomodernization building, that provides achievement of maximal positive effect with the minimum expenses of investments; it is improved: structure of projects management of thermomodernization buildings by creation of structural subdivisions in the system of local authorities that gives to promote possibility efficiency of decision of the organizationally-financial providing of their realization; Obtained subsequent development method of expertly-analytical evaluation of efficiency of administrative decisions acceptance in the projects of buildings thermomodernization, which allows to the manager of project to decrease the ecology and economic risks and charges of time at the decision-making on the conceptual stage of life cycle of project. It is drawn on research results on LTD. "Co. heat-insulation", LTD. of "Vinnicaagrarianproject" and educational process of the Vinnica national technicaluniversity. The sphere of the use is building industry.
