Dets V. Interbudget regulations in the economical security systems of the state.

In the dissertation, we researched theoretical and practical aspects of the state regulation of interbudget relations in the system of economic security of Ukraine. We studied the contents of the budget security, we defined its place, role and the value in the structure of economic security of the state, and we also studied the essence of its main factors, threats and the estimation criteria. We analyzed the theoretical bases for creating the interbudget relations models, we defined the essence of interbudget relations as the factor of budget security of the state; basing on the world experience we made the structure of the interbudget relations models according to the existing criteria and their classifications. In this work we also examined the stages of the creation of the system of interbudget regulations in Ukraine, we analyzed the present status and the main trends of interbudget regulation in Ukraine in the context of economic security of the state.
