Essay

Object of research - severe persistent bronchial asthma. The aim of investigation - increase effectiveness of treatment patients by pathogenetically reasonable attachment combination in therapy prolonged cholinolitic tiotropii bromidi or N-acetylcystein. The methods of research - clinical, functional, biochemical, immunological, statistical. Results - for the first time studied and scientifically proved of influence tiotropii bromidi or N-acetylcystein with daily doses ICS and prolonged beta2-agonist on clinic-functional indexes and on condition of immunoresponsiveness at severe BA patients. Is rotined, that the administration of tiotropii bromidi or N-acetylcystein in combined therapy at patients with severe BA gave improvement of the control current of disease. Area of application - pulmonology, therapy, allergology.
