Odarchenko S. Morphological and functional changes of the sphincteri ani at peritoneo-anal resections of rectum

Morphological research of adaptation processes which arise up in fabrics of descended intestine and valvular anastomosis in the different terms of period intervention after the abdominalanal resection of rectum is conducted. On the early stages (7-14 days) in a mucous membrane in the area of valve there are disorders of hemodynamics, dystrophic and superficial inflammatory changes which show up forming of shallow erosions. From 14 days proliferative changes activate to 90 days. The phenomena of sclerosis which spreads on a submucous layer at the time from 90 to 180 days marked. In the period of 180-360 days there is gradual atrophy of the new-created valve and alteration of mucous membrane of colon. New information relatively topographical-anatomical changes of rectum position in after surgical intervention period is got.
