Essay

Object – methods of the crude juice clarification. Purpose of investigations – improving of the crude juice clarification methods. Methods – , physical-chemical, analytical, experimental data optimization.. Novelty – it has been found that the local alkaline action influenced on effectiveness of the progressive first defecation. The method of the progressive first defecation with defecosaturation in circulational circuit has been proposed. The new approach on the progressive first defecation with two-stage defecosaturation has been evaluated and it was tested at the manufacturing. It has been used to the developing of the new method of the crude juice clarification with sediment separation before the second defecation step. Key words: crude juice, first clarification juice, juice sediment after first clarification, progressive first clarification, sediment after first carbonization, circulating contur, defecosaturation.
